1-Apply to dry skin of the face, neck, and décolleté.
2-Massage in to break down makeup, skincare products and debris.
3-Add water to create a milky emulsion.
4-Rinse thoroughly.
5-Can be used twice daily.
If product comes in contact with your eyes, rinse immediately with water.
