Usage Notes
- 1-Apply to dry skin of the face, neck, and décolleté.
- 2-Massage in to break down makeup, skincare products and debris.
- 3-Add water to create a milky emulsion.
- 4-Rinse thoroughly.
- 5-Can be used twice daily.
If product comes in contact with your eyes, rinse immediately with water.
