Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

SECTION 1: CANCELLATION WINDOW
48-Hour Notice Required
All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client.

 

SECTION 2: FEES
Our Fee Structure

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: No fee — reschedule anytime!

  • Late cancellations (within 48 hours): 50% of service cost

  • No-shows (missed appointment without notice): 100% of service cost

 

SECTION 3: NEW CLIENT DEPOSITS
First-Time Clients
New clients are required to prepay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service and is fully refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice.

 

SECTION 4: IF YOU'RE FEELING UNWELL
Your Health Comes First
If you're not feeling well, please contact us as soon as possible — even if it's the morning of your appointment. We'll work with you to reschedule without penalty.
Important: If you arrive at your appointment exhibiting signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, fever, or other symptoms), we will need to reschedule to protect Amanda's health and the health of other clients. If you did not notify us in advance:

  • First occurrence: 50% late cancellation fee

  • Repeat occurrence: 100% no-show fee

Please do not attend your appointment if you're experiencing any illness symptoms. We appreciate your understanding!
 

SECTION 5: LATE ARRIVALS
Please Arrive on Time
We want to give you the full, relaxing experience you deserve! If you communicate that you're running late, we allow a brief grace period (10-15 minutes) and will do our best to accommodate you.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice will result in a forfeited appointment and a no-show fee (100% of service cost).


SECTION 6: HOW TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • Through your Vagaro account

  • By replying to your confirmation email

  • By contacting us directly

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations occur. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out — we're happy to work with you.
